Q: When should I book my newborn session?

A: As soon as possible to guarantee a place on our books. Especially if you are wanting to take advantage of a payment plan.

Q: How can I book when we really don't know when baby will come?

A: We book your date based on your due date. We also only take a limited amount of newborns per month to ensure that we provide the best experience for our clients.  

Q: Will we be able to bring special items to photography with the baby?

A: Absolutely! When you book your session we will send you a questionnaire to get a feel for your wants and needs.  Once you have completed the questionnaire we'll reach out if we need clarification in order to incorporate your wishes into your stylized session.

Q: Where and when will our session take place?

All newborns and babies will take place in the studio. Children older than one and families will take place at an outdoor location.

Q: How long are the sessions?

A: Newborn sessions can last anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on the package you book. All other sessions vary based on the package you book. Please schedule your session on a day you will not be rushed. 

Q: Can I bring my other children to our newborn session?

A: If you booked our Standard or Premium newborn package…YES! We would love to capture that sibling love for you and we will photograph those shots first.  However, we ask that you arrange for someone to pick them up when that part of the session is complete.  It is out upmost priority to make sure baby stays calm and asleep during the session. 2-4 hours is a long time for any child to be cooped up and calm. 

Q: How long after the session can we view our portraits:

A: Approximately 2-3 weeks your gallery will be delivered for you to make your package selections.
